Adamello Ultra Trail is ready to get back for its 7th edition after a 2020 off because of weather issues. The event, which retraces the steps of dramatic battles during World War I and crosses the amazing landscapes of the Stelvio National Park and Adamello Park, will open registrations on Monday, March 1st, starting from 10 am CET. The races will take place in Alta Val Camonica, within the Pontedilegno – Tonale area from September 24th to 26th, 2021.
Registration fees and courses are confirmed from the 2020 edition: 180€ and a maximum of 200 athletes for the main race of 170 km (11.500 m positive gain), 90€ and up to 250 runners for the 90 km intermediate one (5.700 m positive gain) and 40€ for the new entry, the 35 km (1.700 m positive gain), able to host a maximum of 200 participants. Also confirmed is the event’s main partner, Italian apparel company Mico, that will be on Adamello Ultra Trail’s side for the fourth straight year.
Shortly before Adamello Ultra Trail, two side events will start to warm things up: the Adamello Run, 30 km race at the bottom of the valley scheduled for the end of August, and Adamello Junior, dedicated to youngsters and to be held at the beginning of September. For both these events, registrations will open at a later date, to be announced in the coming weeks.
